Tired, wired, and nobody can tell you why?

The toxic sh*t nobody
told you to care about.

endocrine disruptors in your skincare. microplastics in your blood. forever chemicals in your cookware. this is everything I've learned about the stuff that's messing with our hormones, and what to do about it.

wait, why should I care?

"Endocrine disruptors" sounds like
something you can ignore.

"disrupting hormones" doesn't sound that serious. unless you're trying to get pregnant or have brutal periods, why would you care?

but your endocrine system isn't just about reproduction. it's the messaging system that tells every cell in your body what to do. it controls:

Metabolism
Why weight won't budge
Energy
The 3pm crash
Sleep
Wired but exhausted
Mood
Anxiety, irritability
Skin
Acne, aging, dryness
Focus
Brain fog, memory
Immunity
Always catching something
Stress response
Can't wind down
Fertility
When you're ready

when synthetic chemicals mimic your hormones (or block them, or mess with how they're produced) you don't get a notification. you just feel off. tired. puffy. foggy. anxious. and because the effects are gradual, you blame yourself, your age, or stress.

but what if some of that isn't "just getting older"?

"But is this actually proven, or wellness hype?"

there's a lot of fear-mongering online about "toxins" with nothing to back it up.

this isn't that. the research on endocrine-disrupting chemicals is extensive. thousands of peer-reviewed studies, recognition from the WHO, the Endocrine Society, and regulatory bodies worldwide. the issue isn't lack of evidence. it's that:

regulation is decades behind the science
the US hasn't passed major cosmetic safety legislation since 1938. the EU has banned over 1,400 ingredients; the US has banned 11.
industry funds counter-research
just like tobacco and sugar before, chemical manufacturers fund studies designed to create doubt.
"safe levels" were set for men
most chemical safety testing was done on adult male subjects. hormone-sensitive populations (women, children, pregnant people) weren't the baseline.
The good news

You don't need to overhaul your life.

some swaps matter way more than others. once you know which ones, you can cut out most of the bad stuff without losing your mind researching every ingredient.

No sponsored content. No affiliate deals.

the wellness industry loves selling you products they've been paid to promote. new supplements, new gadgets, new "clean" products at 3x the price. we don't do that.

some of the most impactful changes cost nothing. others can save you money over time. we'll tell you about expensive options when they exist, but we're not trying to upsell you or wreck your bank account.

Who's behind this

I was the girl with 47 skincare products.

five years ago I owned every trending serum, wore synthetic activewear daily, and thought my 10-step routine was "self-care." then I started googling one ingredient and... didn't stop.

turns out a lot of the stuff I was putting on my skin and using in my home was actually working against me. so I spent years reading studies and figuring out what actually matters.

I'm not a scientist or a doctor. I'm just someone who got frustrated by how hard it was to find straight answers, so I put everything I learned in one place.

this is what I wish existed when I started. no fear-mongering, no trying to sell you expensive replacements. just info so you can make your own choices.
